Citizen Attention

The System of citizen service on Petitions is one of the mechanisms that generate transparency and visibility in organizational management, related to the mission and performance of its functions. So our commitment is aimed at:

• Encourage active participation of citizens, so as to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and mission and support an effective delivery of corporate services, seeking quality public management.

• Supporting the anti-corruption policy of the National Government towards a Good Governance excellent management and effectiveness in the public service to serve the public.

• Improve the functioning of the organization, internally and externally, builds confidence, efficiency, transparency and accountability in institutional behavior.
Charter of decent treatment to the Colombian Agricultural Institute users

Pursuant to Article 7 of Law 1437 of 2011 or the Code of Administrative Procedure and Administrative Disputes is a duty of all public agencies develop and publish a charter of decent treatment, in which the Bank will endeavor to provide a service under to the principles of due process, equality, fairness, good faith, morality, participation, accountability, transparency, openness, coordination, efficiency, economy and speed through different service channels.

Due to the foregoing, the ICA publishes his “charter of decent treatment", hereby to promote its dissemination and knowledge in general.
